It’s election time!

You should have received your Primary Election ballot in the mail by now. If you have not voted yet, be sure to vote by June 2nd. If you have not received your ballot, prefer to vote in person, or have any questions about the election, visit the website of the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters for polling locations and other general info about the election.

The Green Party of Sonoma County (GPSC) has made the following endorsements for the June 2, 2026 Primary Election and recommends that you vote for:

For Statewide offices, the Green Party of California and the Peace and Freedom Party are together supporting a Left Unity Slate. Here are the seven Left Unity Slate candidates for the California primary election on June 2nd, 2026:

  • Alice Stekfor Lieutenant Governor – “California for the people, not the billionaires.” 
  • Gary Blennerfor Secretary of State – “To expand democracy and fight for electoral reform.”
  • Meghann Adamsfor State Controller – “California for the people not the billionaires!”
  • Glenn Turnerfor State Treasurer – “Divest from Israel, weapons and fossil fuels.”
  • Marjorie Mikelsfor Attorney General – “Justice for ALL gives rise to hope.”
  • Eduardo ‘Lalo’ Vargasfor Insurance Commissioner – “The department of insurance needs working people at its helm.”
  • Frank Larafor Superintendent of Public Instruction – “A superintendent our schools deserve!”
